Shipping policy


At Katrinaz Box, we strive to provide a reliable and secure shipping experience. Please review the following details carefully to understand processing, delivery, and responsibilities.

 

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Processing Time:
All orders require processing before shipment. Processing time applies regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Ready to Ship Items: 1–3 business days processing

  • Pre-Order items: Approximately 7–10 business days processing

  • Custom Items: Approximately 4–6 weeks processing

Please note: At checkout, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date directly from the carrier. Please note that these dates are not guaranteed. Once your order has left our facility, all delivery timelines and transit updates are solely determined by the carrier.

 

Shipping Days:

  • Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, & Friday only.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Shipping Time:

  • USPS: 3–5 business days (estimated time)

  • UPS: 2-5 business days (estimated time)

 

ORDERING SEPARATELY (PROCESSING TIME NOTICE)

To avoid extended wait times, we strongly recommend placing separate orders when purchasing items with different processing times.

When these items are purchased together in one transaction, the entire order will be held and shipped at the same time, based on the longest processing timeframe.

For example:
If a ready to ship item (1–3 days) is purchased along with a custom item (4–6 weeks), the order will ship after the custom item is completed.

To receive ready to ship items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
  • We ship via USPS & UPS, and shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

  • Customers will see estimated shipping costs and delivery times at checkout.

  • All packages are insured through a 3rd-party provider for added protection.

  • UPS may be used for high-value orders at our discretion, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is processed.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION
  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

  • Please use this tracking information to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

  • If you did not receive your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@katrinazbox.com.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership is transferred to the customer. Katrinaz Box is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Misplaced deliveries

  • Delivery to the wrong location due to carrier error

 

Katrinaz Box does not provide refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages outside of the insurance claim process.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must first contact your local courier before submitting an insurance claim.

  • Packages are insured through a 3rd-party provider. Claims can take 10–30 business days to process.

  • Customers must provide documentation (photos, proof of delivery issues, or carrier correspondence) to assist in the claim process.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Shipping address

  • Apartment or suite number

  • Email address

  • Contact information

 

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • A reshipment fee will apply

  • The customer must provide the corrected address

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount, minus shipping, taxes, and discounts. Refunds are not issued in cases of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders:

  • Rates and delivery times vary by destination

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.

  • Katrinaz Box cannot alter order totals or mark packages as gifts to avoid fees.

  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed.

  • No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or rejected international packages.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & GIFT CARDS
  • Digital products (guides, templates, courses, e-books, etc.) and e-gift cards are delivered electronically via email immediately after payment is processed.

  • No physical shipment occurs.

  • All digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

Katrinaz Box does not offer refunds for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather issues or natural disasters

  • Seasonal shipping volume

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

We make every effort to ship promptly, but delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • We recommend ordering early during peak seasons, especially for custom or pre-order items..

  • Delivery delays or carrier errors are outside our control

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY (Dates are updated accordingly) 

Effective Dates: 11/15/25 – 01/09/25

During the Holiday season, order volume and carrier demand are significantly higher. To ensure a smooth experience, the following temporary seasonal policies apply in addition to our standard store policies.

 

Processing & Shipping During Holidays

  • During the holiday season, high order volume and carrier demand may extend processing times by 2–5 additional days on top of our original 1-3 day processing.

  • Shipping carrier USPS may experience delays outside of our control.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed during this period

  • Please place holiday orders early to allow sufficient time for delivery.

  • Allow extra time for custom and pre-order items.

 

INSURANCE & CLAIMS

  • All physical packages are insured through a 3rd-party provider.

  • In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, a claim must be filed through the insurance provider.

  • Claims typically take 10–30 business days to process.

Customers must provide documentation to support the claim, including:

  • Photos of the package or items

  • Proof of delivery attempts or issues

  • Correspondence with the carrier

 

Important: Katrinaz Box does not provide direct refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages outside of the insurance claim process. Even with filing a claim, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

To avoid delays or issues, customers should:

  • Verify all shipping information is complete and accurate before checkout.

  • Track packages using the provided tracking number.

  • Inspect items upon delivery and report issues promptly.

  • Understand that delivery dates are not guaranteed, especially during peak or holiday periods.
