No, processing does not include Weekends or Holidays. If an order is placed on a Weekend or Holiday, the processing timeframe will begin on the next business day.

Signature confirmation is required when a order is equal to or greater than $200.00 dollars. It can also be required on some custom products depending on the retail value amount.

We no longer offer exchanges at this time. However, customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Please refer to our full Return Policy for complete eligibility requirements.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after order shows delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Please note when returning an item you are ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT for the purchase amount, this will not include shipping, taxes, and discounted fees. Checking for correct measurements and reading every description before purchasing is well advised to reduce customer returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please note you are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds unless the issue is due to an error on our part. We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you contact us after 48 hours but within the 7-day return window, you will be eligible for a store credit only.
