RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after order shows delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Please note when returning an item you are ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT for the purchase amount, this will not include shipping, taxes, and discounted fees. Checking for correct measurements and reading every description before purchasing is well advised to reduce customer returns.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please note you are responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
NON-REFUNABLE/ RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, exchanged and are ineligible for a refund and/or store credit of any kind.
- Custom products (made to order, personalized items)
- Pre-Order Items (products that are not in stock at the time of purchase)
- E-Gift cards (digital, not a physical card)
- Digital Products (this can include guides, e-books, templates, courses, or any downloadable files)
- Earrings (due to sanitary reasons)
- Final sale items (these items are specified and will not restock)
EXCHANGES
We no longer offer exchanges at this time. However, customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
